Due to the medical nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and factory-sealed contact lens vials or blister packs to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers. Please note that opened or used lenses cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all safety seals intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the sealed boxes to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the items in a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
